President and CEO
Joe Craigen is the President and CEO of Visualutions Inc., a company he founded in 1995 to provide IT-related services to customers in the Greater Houston, Texas area. In 1997, Joe shifted the company's focus toward healthcare and, in 2001, began serving Community Health Clinics around the nation, including Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC), Rural Health Clinics, Indian Health Clinics, and other underserved facilities. Joe is passionate about customer service and has grown Visualutions into a healthcare-focused organization of over 200 full-time employees, providing services that include revenue cycle management, software development, IT Hosting, and consulting services to over 300 customers. When he is not overseeing company operations, Joe serves as a trustee and deacon with his home church as well as serving on the Executive Board of World Hope Ministries International. Joe also loves to spend time boating and fishing with Lorraine, his wife and business partner of 30+ years, and their daughter Becca.
Chief Financial Officer
After working 10 years in the real estate business, Lorraine began her work in the medical industry in 1999 by working in a family practice office to learn the back office/billing. She joined Joe at Visualutions in 2001 as the trainer, implementation specialist, and support for their customers on the Millbrook/GE CPS system. Along with her accounting/finance/HR and CPS duties, she started the RCM department in 2003 and managed that department until 2008 when Brenda LeLay joined Visualutions. Over the next few years, Lorraine’s primary duties were focused on the accounting/finance/HR area and that has been her area of dedication ever since.
She has been married to Joe for 31+ years and has a precious brown-eyed daughter Becca. In her spare time, she enjoys time with her family and her four-legged Chihuahua baby Tia, serving in her church and Emmaus community, spending time out on their boat and fishing, and vacationing in Hawaii.
Chief Strategy Officer
Cam Hendricks is the Chief Strategy Officer for Visualutions. As CSO, Cam monitors market trends and advises the CEO and fellow Executive Leadership members on strategic developments that impact our ability to fully serve our clients. Prior to joining Visualutions in 2012, Cam invested 14 years in Public Education in various capacities directing, developing, and deploying integrated learning platforms and financial solutions. Outside of work he and his wife, Melissa, enjoy spending time together with their 3 children.
Chief Revenue Officer
Patrick O'Mahoney is the Chief Revenue Officer for Visualutions and is a healthcare industry veteran, Patrick has close to 30 years of healthcare experience including 14 years of sales leadership with GE Healthcare, Virence, and athenahealth. He most recently served as Executive Director at athenahealth and previously served as Value-Based Care Segment Leader and as General Manager of the Clinical Business Solutions sales organization with GE Healthcare.
As Chief Revenue Officer, Patrick will be the driving force to better integration and alignment between all revenue-related functions, including marketing, sales, customer support, and revenue management.
Chief Revenue Cycle Services Officer
Brenda serves as Chief Revenue Cycle Services Officer of Visualutions and is directly responsible for the RCM department. With over 30 years of experience in healthcare, from the mailroom to the COO, Brenda has a broad knowledge of all areas of operations to obtain big-picture objectives. Brenda's passion is helping practices that are in crisis to get them to that health place where cash flow is stable, and workflow is established.
Coral has over 20 years of experience in both public and private accounting and joined Visualutions in 2011. Coral lives in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and has lived in three different states while being employed by Visualutions. Coral leads our accounting team to ensure Visualutions’ accounting needs are handled timely and accurately as well as providing customer service internally and externally. Outside of work, Coral enjoys spending time with her dogs, volunteering, and working out.
Geraline Hinderson, MHA
Director of Revenue Cycle Management
Geraline is the Director of Revenue Cycle Management at Visualutions and directly oversees the day-to-day operations in the RCM department. Geraline joined Visualutions in 2018. Geraline has 23 years of Healthcare experience working from front end to back end, including clinical and hospital. Geraline has a passion for helping people and applying best practices to enhance workflows and efficiencies to maximize revenue.
Governance, Risk, and Compliance Director
Sid has years of senior-level experience leading corporate resiliency and compliance programs worldwide. He is passionate about helping Visualutions maintain the highest compliance standards and is committed to ensuring that the organization operates ethically and with integrity.
Sid is a retired U.S. Army Special Forces officer with an MBA in eCommerce and an ASIS Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification.
Director of Customer Service
Ashley Lenamond is the Director of Customer Service. She brings over 30 years of healthcare experience in all aspects of healthcare practice management, working in busy OB/GYN and Cardiology organizations. Since joining Visualutions in 2007, Ashley has experience within our Customer Support and Revenue Cycle Management departments giving her great perspective in her role in leading our Service division. Ashley loves a challenge and enjoys innovating to help streamline internal and external processes.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, seven children, five cats, and three dogs.
Director of Human Resources and Talent Development
Karen Nimon has been a part of Visualutions since 1997 and now serves as Director of Human Resources and Talent Development. Karen has a bachelor’s degree in business management and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional certification. When not at work, Karen loves to spend time with her family and her dogs. Karen is passionate about seeing people grow to their full potential and volunteers as a personal growth coach and a leader in Recovery ministries.
